The Green™ philosophy
Manucurist is a French brand built around biosourced nail formulas. The Green™ range, its flagship, is certified vegan, free from formaldehyde, toluene and camphor, and made in France: that combination is less common than the marketing noise in this category tends to suggest. The 4 Green™ base and top coats are the full system: Base Coat, Vitaminée Grape Base Coat, Gel Like Top Coat and Top Coat Sunshine. The 3 Active™ treatments are Active Glow Grape, Active Shine Icy and Active Plum, each combining colour and nail strengthening in one step.
On the care side: Keratin Booster (2026 debut), cuticle softener Émollient, Green nail and cuticle oil, the Rose Hand Cream (Cosmos Organic) and Dry Drops fast-dry formula. The 6 accessories complete the kit: acetone-free corrector pen, biodegradable Gold Glitter, recycled Glass Buffer, steel cuticle pusher, Mani Stamper for nail art and a white nail file.

The two editions share the same core logic: 24 products, all full-size, across Green™ and Active™. Where they differ is in the palette and the hand care.
‘All That Glitters’ included 9 colour polishes to this edition’s 8, with a silver and cool-tone direction. ‘Time to Shine!’ drops one shade but adds the Rose Hand Cream and the Keratin Booster, two products absent from the previous calendar. The accessory selection also shifts: gold glitter replaces silver, the Mani Stamper is new, and the palette leans warm (Emerald, Cosmic Rose, Anemone).
For an existing Green™ collector who bought last year’s calendar: the overlap is real on the system products (base coats, top coats, Active™ treatments occupy similar positions), but the colour polishes and the two new care products are genuinely different. For a newcomer, both editions build the same complete kit.
✳️ My verdict on the Manucurist Advent Calendar 2026
What holds up is the no-compromise format. Every product in this calendar appears on the Manucurist website at its full retail price: at a proposed RRP of around £139, that works out to roughly £5.79 per full-size product against an estimated content value of over £290. The ratio earns its place.
Where it gets complicated is for loyal Green™ fans who already own the core system. If you have a Gel Like Top Coat, an Émollient and a Green oil on your shelf, the 24-product pitch is closer to 14 genuinely new items. ‘I’d say this is one of the few nail advent calendars that doesn’t feel like a clearance exercise,’ is how I’d put it to a friend. The caveat remains the colour direction: three of the eight shades lean pink and rose, which may not suit every palette.
