Pact Coffee Advent Calendar
£39.95
The Pact Coffee Advent Calendar 2026 brings 25 full-size speciality coffees, one 18g sachet a day: rare beans, micro-lots and new arrivals from eight countries across three continents, with no mugs or gadgets padding the count. It’s a return of the same box as last year, now £5 cheaper on launch. For anyone who grinds at home and likes trying roasts they wouldn’t have picked themselves, that works out at roughly £1.60 a coffee.
Pact Coffee Advent Calendar 2026: 25 full-size speciality coffees, one door a day
The Pact Coffee Advent Calendar 2026 lines up 25 speciality coffees behind 25 doors, one freshly roasted sachet for every morning in the run-up to Christmas. Each sachet holds 18g of coffee, packed as whole beans or ready-ground, so the daily ritual is a proper cup rather than a token taste.
The beans are chosen by Pact’s buyers from eight countries across three continents, and the line-up leans on provenance rather than novelty: six rare coffees, seven micro-lot coffees grown on small, high-grade plots, and five roasts reserved for this December. Coffee drinkers who already grind at home will recognise what they’re getting.
What is inside the Pact Coffee Advent Calendar?
Twenty-five sachets, and nothing else: no mugs, no gadgets, no filler. Every one is a full-size 18g serving, which is the detail that sets this calendar apart from the miniature-led beauty and gin boxes it shares a shelf with. The breakdown Pact gives is a spread of speciality selections, limited editions, micro-lots and new arrivals, with Bolivian beans among the fresh additions.
Variety is the point here, and it mostly holds up: the selection spans single origins from across three continents rather than repeating one house blend behind every door. That matters more in coffee than in chocolate, where a repeated bar is a genuine let-down.
The value of the 25 coffee sachets is not disclosed by Pact, so I won’t put a figure on the box. What I can do is the arithmetic that counts: at the current price, 25 full-size sachets works out at roughly £1.60 a coffee, which is close to what a single Pact bag costs per serving and cheaper than most café cups.

The 2026 edition compared to last year
There is no reinvention to report, and that’s the honest headline: the Pact Coffee Advent Calendar 2026 is a like-for-like return. Same box, same 25 full-size sachets, same mix of rare coffees, micro-lots and December-only roasts as the previous edition. Pact has carried the calendar over unchanged.
What has moved is the price. It launches this year at £39.95, down from £44.95, a £5 drop on an identical calendar. On a box whose contents don’t change from one year to the next, a lower price is the clearest reason to prefer this edition over the last.
My view on the Pact Coffee Advent Calendar 2026
What wins me over first is the full-size serving. Plenty of advent calendars count on you forgiving a token sample behind each door; this one hands you a real 18g cup every day, which is exactly what a coffee drinker wants in December. The range of origins is the second draw: as Pact puts it, this is ‘a tour of the world’s finest coffees’, and across eight countries the selection earns that.
Where it asks for trust is the reveal. The full list isn’t published door by door before you buy, so you’re taking the mix of rare and micro-lot roasts on Pact’s track record. For most of its buyers that’s an easy call; for anyone who wants to know every bean in advance, it’s a caveat worth naming.
The maths is plain: £1.60 a sachet for full-size speciality coffee, with no mug or trinket padding the count. Anyone who brews at home and likes trying beans they wouldn’t have picked themselves will get their money’s worth.

Pact Coffee, the subscription roaster behind the box
Pact is a London roaster that built its name on fresh-roasted beans posted straight to your door, a subscription model rather than supermarket shelves. It roasts to order and ships within days, which is why the brand talks in terms of provenance and roast dates rather than best-before stamps. Pact is also a certified B Corp that sources directly from growers.
That same logic runs through the calendar: 25 small-batch sachets, each one a single origin or micro-lot rather than a house blend, is the subscription experience compressed into one December box.
