Myprotein Advent Calendar
£79.99
24 products behind 24 doors: 9 snacks and bars, 7 powders and mixes, 2 supplements, 2 hydration products and 4 gym accessories, with 17 full-size items and 7 single-serve samples. Highlights run from a limited-edition Irish Cream Layered Bar to a full-size MP Hand Towel and a Golden Scoop. Unlike last year’s box it’s not full-size throughout and not suitable for vegetarians. One for someone who already trains and likes working through new flavours across December.
Myprotein Advent Calendar 2026: 24 doors of protein, snacks and training kit
The Myprotein Advent Calendar 2026 puts 24 products behind 24 doors, and this year the brand has changed the recipe. Where the previous edition was full-size all the way through, the 2026 box mixes 17 full-size items with 7 single-serve samples: protein bars and cookies, whey and clear whey sachets, creatine, hydration and a handful of gym accessories.
It runs the range end to end, from a Layered Bar in a limited-edition Irish Cream flavour to a full MP Hand Towel and a festive pair of candy-cane socks. The heavier days sit late in the month, when the towel and the Golden Scoop turn up rather than another sachet.
What’s inside the Myprotein advent calendar 2026?
The 24 doors break down into 9 snacks and bars, 7 powders and mixes, 2 supplements, 2 hydration products and 4 gym accessories. The snacks side is where the full-size items sit: an Extra Cookie in Spiced Apple, a White Chocolate & Raspberry Oat Cookie, a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, a Crispy Square from Curious Confections, a Toffee Crunch, two Whipped Soft Dough Bars (Mint Chocolate and Choc S’Mores), the Irish Cream Layered Bar and a Salted Caramel Protein Pralines share bag.
The powders arrive mostly as single-serve sachets, including Impact Whey in Gingerbread and Chocolate Mint, an Impact Whey Milkshake, Clear Whey in Spiced Pear, a Clear Whey + Collagen and a Berry Burst creatine stick, with the full-size White Chocolate Flavour Drops among them. The accessories are the keepers: a Golden Scoop with clip, a plastic shaker, the hand towel and the socks.
What the contents are actually worth
Myprotein doesn’t publish a total content value for 2026, so we priced the box ourselves against the current listings on myprotein.com. At the discounted prices the site runs almost permanently, the contents come to around £67; at full RRP, closer to £90 to £95. That’s an honest range, not a single headline figure. Divide the £79.99 launch price across the 24 doors and each one works out at about £3.33.
The door-by-door breakdown sits in the SPOILER tab.
How the 2026 box compares to last year
Last year’s Myprotein calendar was a pure foodie affair: around 24 full-size products, mostly bars and powders plus a pair of tennis socks and a shaker, with no samples and no minis. The 2026 edition moves in two directions at once. It widens the accessories (a towel, a golden scoop, festive socks, a shaker) and adds a hydration and creatine strand that wasn’t really there before.
But it also brings in samples, seven single-serve sachets where last year gave you full tubs and full boxes. And the price is up: our records had the previous edition at £68.99, this one lists at £79.99. One factual change worth flagging: the 2026 calendar is not suitable for vegetarians, and there are no vegan or plant-based products in it, unlike some earlier Myprotein boxes.
My verdict on the Myprotein Advent Calendar 2026
What works is the spread. You get to try flavours you’d never buy a whole tub of, the accessories are genuinely usable past December, and a couple of items, the Irish Cream Layered Bar and the pralines, are seasonal one-offs you won’t find on the shelf in January.
Where it stumbles is the money. At £79.99, this isn’t the bargain the old “double the value” pitch used to suggest. On our own pricing, ‘the contents come in below the ticket price at everyday rates, and only edge ahead of it at full RRP’. The reason to buy it is the daily surprise and the extras. It’s a gift and an experience box more than a stock-up. Someone who already trains and likes trying new flavours will get the most from it; anyone chasing pure value per gram is better off buying a full tub on offer.

Myprotein, the value-first supplement brand
Founded in Manchester in 2004, Myprotein built its name on selling protein and sports nutrition direct, cutting out the middle mark-up. Impact Whey and Clear Whey are its signature powders, and the flavour catalogue runs into the hundreds.
That’s exactly what this calendar leans on: a chance to graze the range without committing to a full tub, which is the brand’s whole pitch shrunk into 24 doors. The seasonal flavours (Gingerbread whey, Spiced Apple cookie, Irish Cream bar) are the festive twist on it.
