What is inside the YesStyle beauty advent calendar 2026?
Thirty-five products across the 25 doors, weighted firmly towards skincare. The count breaks down as 22 face-care items, 11 make-up, one haircare and one accessory (a ‘Y So Cereal’ sticker sheet). Where it gets honest is on format. The rest mixes travel sizes, minis and outright samples, the COSRX cleanser in mini, two 2 ml Isntree bottles, the Ongredients lotion in sachets. Treat it as a discovery box for the shelf, and the samples make more sense.
YesStyle does not publish an official contents value this year, so the figure is ours: pricing the box product by product lands it at around £545, more than four times its £129.50 ticket. Divide the launch price by the 35 products and each one works out at about £3.70, though that average flatters the two 2 ml samples and undersells the full-size mascara.

Last year’s YesStyle calendar was ‘Starlight Diaries’, two pastel books called Celeste and Nova, a quiet journal theme with 25 mostly full-size products and a value we put at around £375. This year swaps all of that for a single, loud cereal-box format and a playful mascot front.
The trade-off is clear once you line them up. There is more in the box now, 35 items against 25, and the estimated value climbs to roughly £545 for a ticket that has barely moved. What you give up is format: ‘Starlight Diaries’ leaned full-size, while ‘Y So Cereal’ mixes in minis, 2 ml bottles and sachets. More to try, less of it full-size, for about the same money.
✳️ My verdict on the 2026 edition
What earns its keep is the gap between price and haul. £129.50 for a box I price at around £545, spread across roughly thirty Korean brands, is a genuinely wide sampling run, and the variety holds up: cult serums, a decent brow mascara, collagen eye patches, tints and a hair ampoule all in one lid. If your idea of fun is working through a shelf of K-beauty you have only read about, this delivers.
Where it slips is the format spread. Only four items are confirmed full-size, and a couple of doors give you 2 ml of Isntree or a sachet of Ongredients lotion, which is discovery more than a refill. The sticker sheet takes up a door that could have carried a skincare step. As I see it, ‘this is the calendar to buy if you want to meet thirty Korean brands at once, as long as you accept that not all of it comes full-size‘. K-beauty fans who like to test wide will get their money’s worth; anyone after a box of hero-size staples should look elsewhere.
