Payot Advent Calendar 2026: 24 skincare pieces across ten ranges
The Payot Advent Calendar 2026 opens 24 doors on a structured skincare routine. Not a beauty lucky dip, not a fragrance sampler. Payot’s offering for this season is strictly skincare: face, body, hair and lips, drawn from ten distinct ranges. The packaging alone signals a shift: the illustrated box from previous editions is gone, replaced by a reusable denim-look vanity bag, deep navy with a gilded Parisian rooftop illustration on its band.
Fans of the brand’s Pâte Grise anti-blemish line will find it in three separate formulations inside, which is either very satisfying or a touch repetitive, depending on where your skin sits. The rest spans hydration, lifting, brightening and biome-friendly haircare. It’s a focused curation, built for women who already have a skincare routine and want to spend the festive countdown exploring the brand’s ranges, not building a routine from scratch.
The Payot ethos
Payot was founded in Paris in 1920 by Nadia Payot, a physiotherapist whose approach to skin combined science and movement. Over a century later, the brand still leads with its dermatological credentials rather than its aesthetics. The Pâte Grise, its best-known product, has been on shelves in much the same form since the 1930s. That longevity is part of the pitch: Payot doesn’t reinvent itself every season. The advent calendar reflects that, pulling from archive ranges alongside newer additions like the Lisse resurfacing line.
For 2026, the brand adds something genuinely new. Every calendar sold generates a donation to the CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women), funding beauty products for patients in hospital settings. It’s a detail worth noting because it’s not a vague sustainability pledge; it’s a specific charitable commitment with a named beneficiary.
What’s inside the Payot Advent Calendar 2026
Twenty-four pieces across four product families. The split isn’t balanced: face and cleansing takes up 18 of the 24 slots, which tells you clearly where Payot has placed its priorities.
- Face and cleansing, 18 products: Source Hydrating Adaptive Cream 30 ml; Nue D’tox Cleansing Jelly 50 ml; Roselift Lifting Eye Cream 5 ml; Néo-Serum 5 ml; Pâte Grise Original Anti-Blemish Stick 10 ml; Nue Radiance Toning Lotion 20 ml; Pâte Grise Purifying Rebalancing Mask 15 ml; My Payot Brightening Vitamin Cream 15 ml; Nue Intense Peeling Mask + CEW 4 ml; Suprême Absolu Youth Eye Cream 5 ml; My Payot Brightening Cleansing Mask 15 ml; Pâte Grise Matifying Hydrating Emulsion 15 ml; My Payot Glow Oil 5 ml; Source Rehydrating Balm Mask 15 ml; Lisse Resurfacing Sleeping Cream 30 ml; Nue Micellar Water 100 ml; Pâte Grise Cleansing Jelly 50 ml; Source Plumping Hydrating Infusion 125 ml
- Body and hands, 3 products: Rituel Douceur Hydrating Body Lotion 100 ml; Rituel Douceur Melting Body Scrub 25 ml; Rituel Douceur Hand Cream 30 ml
- Hair, 2 products: Essentiel Biome-Friendly Gentle Shampoo 25 ml; Essentiel Biome-Friendly Conditioner 25 ml
- Lips, 1 product: Soothing Lip Balm 4 g
Among the five to six generous formats (50 ml and above): the Source Infusion at 125 ml, the Micellar Water at 100 ml, the Body Lotion at 100 ml, the D’tox Cleansing Jelly and Pâte Grise Cleansing Jelly both at 50 ml. The rest run from 4 ml (Néo-Serum) to 30 ml. Payot announces around £280 of skincare for this edition; that figure is the brand’s own valuation applied to its full-size equivalent prices, a method standard in the beauty calendar category.

✳️ Payot Advent Calendar 2026 vs last year
The 2025 edition came in an illustrated box, designed by artist Leslie David. That’s gone. The 2026 packaging is a denim-look vanity bag: reusable, functional, and considerably less decorative. Whether you see that as an upgrade depends on whether you kept the 2025 box or binned it by 4 December.
The product count stays at 24. The 2025 RRP was £99, with a brand-stated value of £280. For 2026, the declared value is in the same range. The UK launch price for 2026 has not yet been confirmed by any stockist at the time of writing; the French launch price rose by £16 equivalent from the 2025 edition. A confirmed UK price will be listed in the ‘Where to buy’ section once available.
The CEW donation is the real addition for 2026. There was no equivalent charitable gesture in last year’s calendar. Across the ten ranges, the depth of the Pâte Grise coverage (three formulas this year) is a notable change for fans of that specific line.
✳️ My verdict on the Payot Advent Calendar 2026
What convinces first is the coherence of the selection. Ten ranges in 24 doors sounds like it could scatter, but the edit holds together: there’s a logic running from cleanser to serum to moisturiser that most beauty calendars at this price level don’t bother to construct. Set the roughly £280 of stated skincare value against a box that will retail for a fraction of it, and the maths works in the buyer’s favour, provided you read the small print on formats.
Where it falls down is the format imbalance. Eighteen face products out of 24 is a strong statement. If you were hoping for an introduction to Payot’s body or hair ranges, this calendar gives you three and two respectively, which is a taste but not a commitment. The haircare in particular, two 25 ml shampoo and conditioner samples, will be used up before Christmas Eve.
‘The calendar for the woman who takes care of her skin, not the one who does her make-up’ is the line that best describes it. Zero make-up, zero fragrance. Anyone expecting both will be better served elsewhere.
- Not the right fit: fragrance fans, those who want make-up in their December countdown, and anyone who’d have kept the 2025 Leslie David box on the shelf.
- Worth it for: skincare enthusiasts happy to spend a month working through Payot’s core ranges, particularly those already loyal to Pâte Grise.
