3INA Advent Calendar
£149.95
The 3INA Advent Calendar 2026 packs 18 cosmetics, 5 exclusive accessories and a reusable electric-blue tote bag behind its 24 doors, and it’s unashamedly a makeup calendar: 13 of the 18 are colour, from the cult lipstick 244 to the full-size No-Rules Cloud 254. Five travel-size skincare pieces back up the daily routine, but there’s no fragrance and only 6 full sizes across the 24. The gua sha and keyring aren’t sold separately anywhere. One for makeup fans who already know 3INA or want a cheap way into its bright shades, less so for skincare-first shoppers.
3INA Advent Calendar 2026: 24 days of colour in a reusable tote bag
The 3INA Advent Calendar 2026, officially ‘The Advent Bag, 24 Days of Colour’, swaps a cardboard box for an electric-blue waterproof tote bag you’ll actually keep. Behind its 24 surprises sit 18 cosmetics, 5 exclusive accessories and the bag itself, and the balance leans hard towards colour: 13 of those 18 are makeup, lips and eyes first. This is a makeup calendar that happens to tuck in a bit of skincare, not the other way round.
It’s priced at the upper mid-range end, and 3INA fills it with its own vegan, cruelty-free formulas: the cult lipstick shade 244, the full-size No-Rules Cloud 254, a 24h liquid eyeshadow. Five travel-size face skincare pieces round out the daily routine. The accessories, a gua sha, eye pads, a mini-bag keyring, aren’t sold on their own anywhere else.
What’s inside the 3INA Advent Calendar
Twenty-four doors, split 18 cosmetics, 5 accessories and the tote bag. The makeup carries it: 6 lip items (including the full-size No-Rules Cloud 254), 5 eye items (including the full-size 24h Liquid Eyeshadow 510) and 2 face and multi-use sticks. Alongside sit 5 travel-size face skincare pieces, from a cleanser to an SPF50, and 5 exclusive accessories you can’t buy separately. It’s a mix of minis and a few full sizes, with only 6 full-size products across the 24.
On value, 3INA markets the contents as worth well over £200. Counting only the cosmetics sold separately, my own tally comes in a shade lower, around £190 to £200, and I’d flag that figure as a range, not a number to bank on. The gap is the five exclusive accessories: since they aren’t sold on their own, nobody can price them honestly, so the brand’s total and mine never quite meet. Divide the £149.95 launch price across the 23 products and accessories and each piece works out at roughly £6.50.

The 2026 edition compared to last year
Last year’s ‘No-Rules House‘ came shaped like a house, with no numbered doors to lean into the no-rules idea, at £119.95 and a quoted value of £174. Its contents were almost all minis. For 2026, the house becomes the tote bag, the price climbs £30 to £149.95, and 3INA packs in more exclusive accessories (gua sha, Siesta eye pads, keyring, blot-away papers) plus more face skincare. It’s a genuine step up in what’s in the box, and a genuine step up in price to match.
My verdict on the 2026 edition
What I rate first is the honesty of the choice: 3INA fills this with 13 makeup references and real, bright shades instead of padding it out with yet more face cream. Plenty of ‘beauty’ calendars do the opposite and hope you won’t notice. The waterproof tote bag is a proper bonus too, the kind of thing you reuse instead of binning on Boxing Day, and the exclusive accessories put genuinely unfindable extras in the box.
Where it slips is the mini count: only 6 full sizes out of 24, and at £149.95, up £30 on last year, I’d want more than six. The quoted value inflates fast once you lean on accessories nobody can actually price, so I’d treat the brand’s headline figure with a pinch of salt. Makeup fans who already love 3INA, or want a cheap way into its shades, will get real use out of this. Skincare-first shoppers and anyone chasing big full-size formats should look elsewhere.
As I’d put it to a friend: ‘buy it for the colour and the bag, not for the value sticker’.
The 3INA approach
3INA built its name on one line, ‘No Rules, just beauty’: bright, blunt shades, vegan and cruelty-free formulas, and prices that don’t ask you to save up. Its iconic lipsticks 244, 362 and 503 are the shorthand for that, saturated colour without the department-store markup.
This calendar is the brand in a bag: colour led, accessible, no fragrance in sight. The heavy makeup tilt is the whole point of 3INA, which is why the 13 makeup references feel on-brand instead of like padding.
