Where it falls down is the fragrance and the price. Geranium is everywhere, across six or more items, so anyone hoping to sample a range will find this narrow. And £300 is a lot of trust to place up front, even against an over-£670 claim; the tools and the repeated travel washes are exactly where a sceptic will push back. The wellness tools also won’t land for everyone: not everybody wants a palm stone or a ceramic disc in their bathroom.
