Kiehl’s Advent Calendar 2026: 24 skincare doors in a festive green portrait box
The Kiehl’s Advent Calendar 2026 arrives in a portrait-format forest-green box printed with oversized red polka dots, painted blue birds and a cream banner reading ‘Kiehl’s Since 1851’. Behind the 24 doors: all skincare, no accessories, no padded filler. Kiehl’s positions it as its biggest and most generous edition yet.
The price is £119 for an estimated £237 of product, roughly half price for anyone who will use what’s inside. With the WELCOME20 code it drops to £95.20.
The spirit of Kiehl’s
Kiehl’s opened as a pharmacy in New York’s East Village in 1851, and it still formulates like one: workmanlike packaging, long ingredient lists, a reputation built on word of mouth. This calendar is a curated tour of that range, not a parade of novelties. If you already refill the Ultra Facial Cream, the 28 ml door here is a full-size top-up; for a first-timer, it’s a broad sampler across face, body, hair and fragrance.
What this skincare advent calendar contains
The 24 cases split across five categories as Kiehl’s groups them: 2 cleansers, 8 serums and treatments, 4 moisturisers, 2 eye treatments and 8 hair and body care products. The skincare-for-the-face side is the heaviest, led by the Ultra Facial Cream (28 ml), the Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate (15 ml) and the Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash (75 ml). Body and hands bring the cult Ultimate Strength Hand Salve (30 ml), hair gets the Amino Acid Shampoo and Conditioner, and a Musk Eau de Toilette mini (1.5 ml) is the single fragrance door.
Kiehl’s counts 3 full-size, 3 travel and 18 mini formats behind the 24 doors. The three full sizes are the Ultra Facial Cream (28 ml), the Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado (14 ml) and Lip Balm #1 (15 ml); the three travel sizes are the Calendula Foaming Face Wash (75 ml), the Ultra Facial Toner (75 ml) and Creme de Corps. That split is the honest shape of the box: if you want full-size staples, only three doors deliver them, and eighteen are minis.

What the contents are actually worth
The estimated retail value is £237, based on comparable Kiehl’s UK prices, against a £119 tag: close to half price. It leans on the face products, where the Ultra Facial Cream, the Line-Reducing Concentrate and the Calendula Foaming Face Wash do most of the heavy lifting.
✳️ This 2026 edition vs last year
The 2025 edition came in a square violet box and held 24 skincare products for an estimated £244, at £120. The 2026 box is a clear step up in design, in a portrait green format, and the offer is close to identical: 24 skincare products, an estimated £237 value for £119, so a couple of pounds off both the value and the price. This year Kiehl’s is explicit about the format split, 3 full-size, 3 travel and 18 mini. The core cast stays familiar: Ultra Facial Cream, the Calendula franchise, the Hand Salve, the Creamy Eye Treatment. No dramatic reformulation, no new franchise. If you bought the 2025 box and loved it, this is the same logic in a better-looking container.
✳️ My verdict on the 2026 edition
What convinces first is the honesty of the selection. Every one of the 24 doors is a real Kiehl’s skincare product, with no bath accessories and no padded filler, which is rarer than it should be at £119. The Calendula Foaming Face Wash (75 ml) and the full-size Ultra Facial Cream (28 ml) are genuinely usable sizes.
Where it falls down is the other twenty-one doors. Travel and mini formats introduce a product; they don’t replace it. For a daily Kiehl’s user, the Amino Acid Shampoo (5 ml) is gone before Christmas, and the Musk (1.5 ml) is a gesture. If the pitch is ‘most generous edition ever’, three full-size products out of twenty-four is a modest count. Still, the arithmetic holds: with an estimated £237 of product for £119, this calendar does what it promises. A straightforward gift for devoted Kiehl’s fans, and a well-structured introduction for anyone yet to commit.
- Not for you if: you want most doors in full size, or if haircare and fragrance coverage matters to you.
- Worth it if: you’re giving it to someone who already has a Kiehl’s routine and wants a month of top-ups, or you want to explore the range without buying full sizes.
