What the content is actually worth
Liberty announces a combined retail value of £885, against a price of £270. Spread across 29 products, that works out at roughly £9.31 a product. The real test is the full-size count, and here it is strong: 14 full-size items, among them a 50 ml Zelens moisturiser, a 75 ml Philip Kingsley shampoo and an 80 ml Ortigia shaving gel.
I have not price-checked every line, so I treat the £885 as Liberty’s own figure. What is clear is the format: these are bottles you finish, and the full-size ratio is high enough to give the box real use well after December.

Men who take their grooming seriously will find this a satisfying, well-built box. The 14 full-size products are the argument: at this format, roughly one product in two at full size is genuinely uncommon, and it means the contents keep earning their place after Christmas.
What gives me pause is the outlay. £270 is a real commitment, and the box asks you to trust the curation on the travel-size fragrances you cannot easily price-check. As a gift for a man who already knows names like Paula’s Choice or Charlotte Mensah, though, it lands precisely: a calendar that treats the recipient as someone with a routine and adds to it.
