The Whisky Exchange Advent Calendar
£120.00
The Whisky Exchange Advent Calendar 2026 packs 25 x 30ml whiskies of the world behind 25 doors, from Caol Ila 12yo and Maker’s Mark to a Taiwanese Kavalan and a Korean Ki One single malt. ABVs run 40% to 60%, so there’s cask strength next to easy sippers, and four bottlings are exclusive to The Whisky Exchange. No chocolate, no fillers, no repeats: it’s a tasting tour rather than a stock-up. One for the curious drinker who’d rather explore the four corners of the world than drink the same dram twice.
The Whisky Exchange Advent Calendar 2026 :
The Whisky Exchange Advent Calendar 2026, sold in full as the Perfect Measure Whiskies of the World Advent Calendar, lines up 25 whiskies behind 25 doors, one dram a day through December. Every sample is a 30ml measure, the format The Whisky Exchange calls ‘the perfect measure’: enough to nose, sip and judge a whisky without opening a full bottle. This is a tasting tour of the world, not a stock-up.
What’s inside this advent calendar
The selection runs well beyond the usual Scotch. Behind the doors you’ll find single malts from Scotland such as Caol Ila 12yo and Tamdhu 12yo, a Kentucky bourbon in Maker’s Mark, a Japanese single malt from Kanosuke, and a Taiwanese dram in Kavalan Distillery Select No.1, alongside bottlings from Ireland, England, Korea, India, the Netherlands, Sweden, China and New Zealand.
Four of the drams are bottlings you won’t find in a standard range: the Millstone 2010 12yo PX Sherry Cask, the Dalmunach 6yo Wulver and the Copperworks American Whiskey Cask 356 are exclusive to The Whisky Exchange, and the Blair Athol 2011 13yo Ruby Port Cask was bottled by Signatory for the shop. ABVs run from 40% to 60%, so cask-strength pours sit next to gentler 40% drams. No chocolate, no fillers, no repeats.

How the 2026 edition compares with last year
This is a fresh selection, not a reprint. Only two drams carry over unchanged, Caol Ila 12yo and Kavalan Distillery Select No.1, while Torabhaig (from the Legacy Allt Gleann to the Cnoc Na Moine) and Glenallachie (up from the 8yo to the 12yo) return in a different expression. New for 2026 are the likes of Maker’s Mark, Tamdhu 12yo, Ledaig 10yo, Kanosuke, Rampur and Ki One, a Korean single malt, while last year’s Glenfiddich Project XX, Ichiro’s Malt & Grain, Dingle, Port Charlotte 10yo and Jura 18yo step aside. The count holds at 25 drams across 25 doors; the price is now £120.
