M&S Beauty Advent Calendar 2026: 25 products, 10 of them full-size
The M&S Beauty Advent Calendar 2026 lines up 25 products behind its doors, one per day, spread across skincare, make-up, fragrance, haircare and a bit of wellness. This is the retailer’s biggest edit yet, with 10 full-size items against eight last year, and 10 new brands joining the line-up.
The box has changed too. Gone is the illustrated black case of the previous edition; 2026 arrives in a candy-striped keepsake box carrying the M&S ‘Love That!’ branding. Names inside run from Estée Lauder and Clinique to ESPA, Aveda, bareMinerals, Floral Street and Color WOW.
What’s inside this multi-brand beauty advent calendar?
The 25 doors break down roughly as 8 make-up, 5 skincare, 5 haircare, 5 body and wellness, and 2 fragrances. That make-up weighting is worth knowing before you buy, and the ICONIC London Glazing Lip Gloss in Sugar Cookie is the most generous of the lot at a full 10ml.
The headline is the 10 full-size products. Among them, the ICONIC London Glazing Lip Gloss in Sugar Cookie, the Sweed Le Lipstick, the Estée Lauder Double Wear Primer at 40ml and the Organic Pharmacy Hyaluronic Acid Serum at 30ml. Everything else lands in generous travel sizes, from a 50ml Color WOW Money Mist to a 100ml This Works Deep Sleep Body Whip.
The door-by-door breakdown sits in the SPOILER tab.
Content value of this Advent Calendar
We added up the individual UK RRPs of every product, prorating the minis by ml and g, and our own tally comes to over £350. M&S states over £460, so our recount lands about 20% below the brand’s headline. The gap sits almost entirely in the travel sizes: full-size items are easy to price at their shelf value, while a 10ml or 28ml mini is worth a fraction of its full bottle, which is where the stated figure runs ahead of the real one.
Against the £75 you actually pay, our £350+ recount is more than four times the price, over six times by M&S’s own count. Split across the 25 doors, each product works out at £3.00, low for a calendar carrying this many recognised names. Ten full-size products carry most of that value; the travel formats are the extras on top.
This year versus last year: bigger, brighter, same price
The previous edition came in a black box illustrated by Bella Freud, with L’Occitane, Nuxe, Emma Hardie, REN, Living Proof and Pixi among its 25 products, eight of them full-size, and a value around £315 on that year’s edition.
For 2026 the price holds while the numbers move up: 10 full-size instead of eight, and 10 brands that weren’t here before, Estée Lauder, ESPA and Sweed among them. The value climbs too, from around £315 last year to over £350 on our recount (M&S states over £460 for 2026). The swap from the Bella Freud case to the candy-striped ‘Love That!’ box is the visual tell that this is a more mainstream-luxe edit. Anyone who bought last year gets a genuinely different box, not a reshuffle.
My verdict on the M&S Beauty Advent Calendar 2026
What convinces first is the run of full-size make-up: an ICONIC London gloss, a Sweed lipstick and the 40ml Estée Lauder Double Wear Primer are things you’d actually reach for day to day. At £3.00 a door, on a box worth more than four times its price on our recount (over six by M&S’s count), the maths holds up better than most high-street calendars.
Where it gives ground is the balance: with 8 make-up items against only 5 skincare and 2 fragrances, a skincare-first shopper will feel short-changed, and the softest travel sizes are what stretch M&S’s £460 figure past our own. As I’d put it: ‘It’s the strongest M&S beauty edit yet on names and full-size count, and even our conservative £350+ recount clears the price four times over.’ Best for the multi-brand curious, not the single-routine loyalist. Where to buy: the offer, discount code and release date
There is no discount code. The value sits in the offer instead: the calendar unlocks once you spend £30 on other clothing, home or beauty items. At £75, your basket then sails past the £60 free-delivery threshold anyway, so postage costs you nothing on top. M&S calendars sell out most years, so the £30 spend is the real gate here.
Two dates matter. Sparks members get early access from 1 to 7 October 2026, a week before the general launch on 13 October 2026, in store and online. The free Sparks sign-up is the safest way in. A beauty advent calendar for women building a routine across several brands at once, it also makes an easy gift for someone keen to discover premium names without committing to a full bottle.
