What’s inside the Westwing Advent Calendar 2026?
Twenty-four doors, and Westwing has named the twelve brands behind them without listing the products. The universe is clear: decorative objects, tableware for the Christmas table, and for the first time a scent and skincare name, Aesop.
In practice, going by the range’s recent editions, expect ceramics, candles, glassware, a wool throw and serving pieces. The house style is muted and tactile, built to sit out all year, which is the point of a homeware calendar over a beauty one: nothing here is a sample, these are things you keep.
On value, Westwing quotes over €700 of contents, in euros for the whole European market. We can’t recalculate it door by door yet: the 2026 line-up isn’t detailed and the pieces are calendar-only. Split the launch price across the 24 doors and it works out at about £11.21 a door, with the €700-plus claim putting the box at roughly three times that if it holds up.

What changed since last year
The clearest change is the arrival of Aesop. In a box that was 100% décor and tableware, a skincare and fragrance name is a real shift in what you’ll find behind the doors. Bloomingville, Audo Copenhagen, Vondels, WMF and Archivist also come in for 2026.
Five names drop out of the announced list: Georg Jensen, Edzard, Kähler, Meraki and Kera Till. And six houses stay put year on year, which is what gives the calendar its through-line: Westwing Collection, Ferm Living, DBKD, Philippi, Vinga of Sweden and Broste Copenhagen. So the casting moves, but the register doesn’t. It’s still a Scandi-leaning box, a little broader this time.
My verdict on the Westwing Advent Calendar 2026
Twenty-four doors of homeware behind a metre-tall box. On paper that’s an easy sell to anyone who follows Danish design, and the brand line-up is the strongest thing here: Ferm Living, Audo Copenhagen and Broste in one box is a coherent shortlist. Aesop coming in gives 2026 a bit of intrigue it lacked before.
What holds me back is the same thing every year with this calendar: the contents stay secret at a premium price. You’re buying on trust, on twelve names and a track record. And the returns policy is unforgiving, you can only send back the full, unopened calendar, so once a door is open, the box is yours. It’s a lot of faith to ask of a first-time buyer.
My take, weighing what’s confirmed against what isn’t: ‘a beautiful box for people who already trust the brands in it, and a leap of faith for everyone else’. On the money, Westwing’s own €700-plus figure would make the box look generous against the launch price, but that only holds if the recalculated value lands anywhere near the claim, and this year we can’t check it door by door.
